St. Panteleimon (Varlaam parish)

Built in 1857, basilica with aisles, divided into two wooden colonnades is the church of St. Panteleimon. It is a newer monument whose construction is strong enough, due to the use of squared stones and swapping them into areas with ceramic plates. Interior decoration follows the footsteps of the mansions of this period. The curved temple was built in 1877, its images from left to right the following icons are: Prophet Elias, Transfiguration, Christ the High Priest, Saint George and Saint Theodore, Saint Panteleimon, the Virgin, Saint John the Baptist, Saint Athanasius and Saint Thomas. On the one niche there is a mural of the extreme humility.
